“We were very happy with our experience from start to finish. Craig was very thorough in showing us and explaining the damage our roof had. He walked us through the process and materials that would be used when the new roof would be put on. The crew was very courteous and everything was cleaned up very nicely. Craig pointed out one piece of siding that was damaged when the old roof was taken off (there was some wind that day) and took care of having that piece replaced. Also, there was a challenge with the cupola on the garage to make sure it didn’t leak. Our house is grey and the flashing was black, so it really stood out. Craig had the crew paint it with shingle matched paint it looks great. We highly recommend Schottenstein Roofing!”
