“Our experience with Schottenstein Roofing was great! Andy P. came out, did the free inspection and answered all of our questions. When we decided to move forward with the install, it was on a date he wasn’t going to be in town, so he made arrangements for someone else to come out and take care of us with our insurance claim. Andy P. remained in contact throughout the process, keeping us up to date with where they were in getting supplies and then setting up our actual install date. He continued by stopping in on the install date and following up after the job was completed. The team did a great job with the installation! They communicated with us on arrival, got set up, implemented processes and measures to ensure there was no collateral damage to property (lawn, bushes, etc.), and did a thorough walk thru after the job was done to make sure all debris and nails were picked up in the yard, driveway and on the street in front of the house. Andy P. did a great job from start to finish! Would definitely recommend this company!”
